Section 101 of The Kenya Information and Communications Act CAP 411A: Service of notice, etc., by Director-General

Any notice or other document required or authorised under this Act to be served on any person by the
Commission or the Director-General or any employee may be servedโ€”
(a) by delivering it to that person; or
(b) by leaving it at the usual or last known place of abode of that person; or
(c) by sending it by registered post addressed to that person at his usual or last known address.
