1. Commission applies only to verified paid legal-document orders, cart orders and AI membership payments attributed at checkout. Free downloads, manual access grants, firm/advocate promotion, legal fees, client introductions and service enquiries do not earn commission.
2. The first accepted active referral on a browser lasts 30 days. A later affiliate link does not replace it. The browser must retain the referral cookie. Purchases made on another device or after clearing cookies cannot reliably be attributed. No commission is promised for blocked, expired or unrecorded referrals.
3. Eligible purchases made inside that window can earn commission, including membership renewals purchased during the window. There is no automatic lifetime or recurring commission outside it. Annual and six-month memberships earn on the actual discounted payment once, not each month.
4. The rate and holding period are recorded when an order is created. Future configuration changes apply to new orders. Commissions use the recorded order amount, rounded to two decimal places; the current rate is 10%. This is a commercial platform promotion program, not payment for referring legal clients.
5. Self-purchases and matching affiliate account, billing email or payout phone are excluded. No fake accounts, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, unsolicited spam or undisclosed paid recommendations. Disclose that you may earn a commission. Use Sheriaplex branding honestly and obtain permission for paid advertising using its brand name.
6. Refunded, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible orders do not qualify. Previously paid commissions on reversed orders require reconciliation before further payouts. Administrators may suspend participation, reject commissions or ask for evidence of legitimate promotion. The dashboard records the decision and review reason.
7. The payout minimum is KES 1,000. Only approved earnings can be requested. Requests reserve their commissions and require review; approval is not a transfer. Payment is performed separately to the saved M-Pesa payee and number, then recorded with its reference. No instant-payment or fixed payment-date promise is made.
8. Provide accurate account and payout details. Updating affiliate details pauses participation until reapproval; open payout requests must be resolved first. Keep your own earnings records. Any applicable payment checks or deductions must be confirmed before transfer and documented in the review notes; this dashboard does not calculate tax.
9. We store referral identifiers, attributed order references and the affiliate ledger. Affiliates see amounts and statuses, not buyers’ names, emails, phone numbers or legal questions. Referral cookies are optional, expire automatically, and can be cleared below. Contact Sheriaplex through the website for a disputed attribution or review decision.
