Any person who commits an offence under this Act for which no other penalty is provided is liable: -(a) in the case of a first conviction, to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand shillings or a term of imprisonment not exceeding twelve months, or both; and(b) in any other case, to a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand shillings or a term of imprisonment of not exceeding twelve months or both.
