(1) The Industrial Court has jurisdiction in respect of any prosecution for an offence under this Act.(2) A trade union, employers’ organisation or federation which is convicted for an offence under this Act shall be liable to pay a fine not exceeding forty thousand shillings.(3) A person who commits an offence under this Act shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand shillings.
