Form CR21 is a statutory form under section 401(1) of the Companies Act, 2015 (Kenya). It is used by companies without share capital (e.g., companies limited by guarantee) to notify the Registrar when they create a new class of members.
Key Components:
1. Company name and number.
2. Date of the resolution authorizing creation of the new class.
3. Description of the new membership class/name/designation.
4. Rights attached to that new class of membership.
5. Lodging details (name, address, capacity, signature, date).
