4. Undertakings by Proprietor –
- Promise to return the original if found.
- Attach a statutory declaration.
5. Supporting Documents Required –
- Police abstract.
- Certified ID/Passport copies of proprietor(s).
- For entities: certificate of incorporation/registration, ID/Passports of directors/partners/officials.
- Passport photos of proprietor(s) or declarants.
- Entity resolution authorizing the application.
- Official search results (for both the entity and the property).
6. Execution – Signed by the proprietor in the presence of a witness.
- Includes photo, ID number, PIN number, and signature.
7. Certificate of Verification – Issued by an authorized certifying officer confirming the applicant’s identity and consent.
8. Registrar’s Section – Registrar’s name, stamp, and signature.
