Title Number – Identify the parcel being transferred.2. Date of Transfer.3. Transferor(s) details – Full names, ID/Passport No., PIN, coloured photograph, and signature.4. Transferee(s) details – Full names, ID/Passport No., PIN, coloured photograph, and signature.5. Consideration –- The purchase price or other value paid.- Or other consideration6. Ownership declaration – Must state whether the transferee(s) will hold the land as:- Joint proprietors, or- Proprietors in common (with specified shares).7. Execution – Transferor(s) and transferee(s) must sign the deed before an attesting officer.8. Certificates of Verification – An authorized certifier must confirm that each party executed freely, voluntarily, and with full understanding.9. Registrar’s Registration and Seal – The Land Registrar registers and seals the transfer to make it legally effective.
