orm LRA 32 is a statutory form under the Land Registration Act and the Land Registration (General) Regulations, 2017 in Kenya which is used when land that is subject to a charge (loan/mortgage) is being partitioned. The chargee (usually a bank, Sacco, or financial institution holding security over the land) must give formal written consent for the partition to proceed.To complete and use Form LRA 32, the following are required:1. Title Number – The parcel of land subject to partition.2. Proprietor details – Full names (or company registration number if corporate).3. Chargee details – Name of the chargee (e.g., bank or financial institution).4. Charge particulars –- Date of the charge/mortgage.- Entry number under which the charge is registered.5. Consent statement – The chargee formally consents to the partition of the land in the specified manner.6. Partition details –- Cadastral plan reference.- New Title Numbers to be created.- Approximate area of each subdivided portion.- Name of proprietor for each partitioned portion.7. Execution as a deed – The consent must be signed and executed formally by the chargee (with seal/stamp where applicable).
