Any officer of a Sacco society who wilfully—(a) with intent to deceive, falsifies any books of account, report, statement, record or other document of the society;(b) signs, issues, publishes or transmits to a government official any book of account, report, statement, record or other document which that person knows, or has reason to believe, to be false;(c) with intent to deceive, knowingly obtains a forged signature on a document;(d) with intent to deceive, destroys any book of account, report, statement, record, or other document of the society; and(e) engages in transaction or takes part in a deliberation in which there is a conflict of interest prohibited under this Act, commits an offence and shall on conviction, in addition to the penalty imposed by this Act, be liable to be prohibited from holding office in any Sacco society
