If a hirer is adjudged bankrupt, the rights and duties which are the subject of the hire-purchase agreement entered into by the hirer shall vest in his trustee,notwithstanding the terms of the agreement, but without prejudice to the trustee’s right to disclaim:Provided that if the goods are used by the trustee on behalf of the hirer’s estate, the trustee shall pay to the owner, as a cost in the administration of the estate, each instalment in respect of the purchase price which becomes due under the agreement during the period the goods are so used.
