1. To formally notify the Registrar of Companies that the company no longer wishes to proceed with its striking-off application.
2. To ensure the company remains active on the register and continues to exist as a legal entity.
3. Provides clarity and transparency for shareholders, creditors, regulators, and business partners.

2. Withdrawal statement – confirmation that the directors withdraw the striking-off application.
3. Lodger’s details – name, address, signature, capacity (director/secretary/agent), and date
