Section 100 of Law of Succession Act CAP 160: Amendments

The Acts set out in the first column of the Ninth Schedule are amended, in relation to the provisions thereof specified in the second column of that Schedule, in the manner specified in relation thereto in the third column of that Schedule. 101. Saving
Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, nothing in this Act therein shall affect the provisions of—
(a) the Trustee Act (Cap. 167);
(b) the Public Trustee Act (Cap. 168); (c) the Trusts of Land Act (Cap. 290);
(d) sections 218 to 222 of the Armed Forces Act (Cap. 199) concerning estates of deceased soldiers.
