(1) The Minister may make regulations to provide for the registration of limited partnerships under this Act. (2) The regulations may, in particular— (a) impose fees in respect of— (i) the registration of a limited partnership or of obtaining information relating to a limited partnership; (ii) the inspection of any registers, documents or information relating to limited partnerships; or (iii) the provision of any certificate relating to a limited partnership or of a copy of such a document; (b) provide for the performance by the Registrar and other officers of acts which this Part requires to be done by the Registrar; (c) provide for the remuneration to be paid to a liquidator.
