The Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act of 2018 addresses various forms of cybercrime. The legislation gives law enforcement agencies the legal backing to tackle cybercrime. The enforcement is however challenging due to the technical nature of these crimes and the need for specialized training of the personnel. The sophisticated methods used by cybercriminals calls for contant evolution of the legal framework to keep up.
